@Suzy Materlan: well balanced, eyebrows, lipstick, background, expression, it looks like what you'd expect from a ship commander - I'd give it a 9/10.
@Jeet Kaya: good combination of warm colours and background, no excessive use of make-up, your face on the portrait is just a bit small - well done 8.5/10.
Both quite above average, at least to my taste!
(and yes my ears are too small)

[Bruce Kemp] Decent photograph, a bit very standard "frontal in the middle" and the server rendered the shadows around your neck a bit too shaprly.
